Liverpool Community College instructs GP Property Advisors

North Wales-based Chartered Building Surveyors, GP Property Advisors were instructed by Liverpool Community College to record the condition of 10No. properties throughout the UK within a short timescale as part of their acquisition of First 4 Skills portfolio.
The properties were located within London, Scotland, Midlands, North East and North West England and totalled approx. 35,000sq.ft. 10No. premises were inspected and their condition recorded which would limit Liverpool Community College’ repairing liability on the properties.
Glyn Parry, Managing Director commented “having been involved on a number of high profile portfolio instructions in the past enabled us to have the confidence that we could coordinate the inspections and deliver the reports within the two week timescale required by the client”
