Glyn Parry
GP Property Advisors was established in early 2012, with the vision to help local businesses, commercial and residential clients across North Wales and North West of England.
Having gained experience working with distinguished surveying practices within the North West of England, Glyn Parry returned to North Wales in early 2012 where he founded GP Property Advisors as he realised there was a demand for a chartered building surveyor with his commercially minded proactive approach.
His experience is second to none having worked for companies such as CB Richard Ellis. This has allowed him to gain experience working with commercial, industrial and residential properties throughout the UK for over a decade.
Glyn prides himself in providing technically precise, prompt service with real customer focus and has the expertise and resources to oversee both small and large scale projects.
