North Wales-based Chartered Building Surveyors, GP Property Advisors has successfully completed a Full Building Survey of the Grade II listed Building on Llandudno Promenade consisting of self-catering holiday apartments.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, GP Property Advisors Ltd assessed the four storey apartment building to undertake the survey.

Glyn Parry MRICS Bsc (Hons), Managing Director for GP Property Advisors, said: “We would always recommend that all purchasers of any property have a survey completed, on this occasion due to the age and nature of the property a Full Building Survey was undertaken which identified significant and potentially expensive issues. As a result of identifying that the UPVC windows do not have Listed Building Consent and the council may insist they are replaced to timber, our client on this occasion decided not to proceed with the purchase”

Glyn Parry continues: “This was one of a number of Full Building Surveys undertaken in recent months of Residential and Commercial properties in North Wales and demonstrates the continued growth of the company based on providing prompt technically precise survey reports”.
