Role:

Instructed to inspect, record the existing condition of residential properties and boundary walls outlined blue prior to Jennings BCE commencing major engineering works including piling works as part of the construction of a new bridge shaded blue leading to Harlech, North Wales.

Role:

GP Property Advisors were instructed by Liverpool Community College to record the condition of 10No. Properties throughout the UK within a two week timescale as part of their acquisition of First 4 Skills portfolio.

The properties totalled approx 35,000sq.ft located within London, Scotland, Midlands, North East and North West England were inspected and condition recorded which will limit Liverpool Community College repairing liability on the properties.

Record the existing condition of the property and assess relevant lease terms, potential repairing liabilities and advise on anticipated exit costs at lease expiry in 5 years.

Our report limited the clients repairing liability upon lease expiry and clearly advised them on the anticipated repair and reinstatement costs at lease expiry.
