GP Property Advisors Completes Survey on 18th Century Chapel

North Wales-based Chartered Building Surveyors, GP Property Advisors has successfully completed a Full Building Survey of Calfaria Baptist Chapel in Old Colwyn. Significant works were identified to suite proposed use.
Client currently remains confidential.
Glyn Parry, Managing Director for GP Property Advisors Ltd, said: This was a very interesting inspection of a significant Chapel in Old Colwyn which has remained unoccupied for a number of years. GP Property Advisors were recommended to undertake the inspection and the client upon receipt of our report is fully aware of the expenditure required to refurbishment of the property. Should the purchase proceed we look forward to being involved with the refurbishment of the Chapel.
