Schedule of Condition
Landlords Tenants, and Developers
We regularly inspect retail units, office buildings through to industrial properties whether single or a portfolio of properties on behalf of Landlords, Tenants and Developers.
A schedule of condition can be used to record the condition of a leasehold property prior to a tenant taking occupation or the terms of the tenancy changing. The schedule is used to protect both the landlord’s and tenant’s interests and can be used to accurately understand the repairing, reinstatement and redecoration obligations at the lease end.

Construction Work and Development
Construction work and development regularly entails engineering work close to neighbouring buildings or structures.
A schedule of condition provides a record of the condition in text and photographic format prior to construction works commencing which provides protection for the adjoining owners and developers in the event of damage or disturbance occurring.
Should any disturbance or disruption occurring as a result of the works, such issues can be readily identified and appropriate steps taken using the Schedule of Condition.
